Essentials in Human Resource Management Professional Certificate

This course provides you with a broad overview of the six key human resource management practices: human resource management, employment law, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee development and performance management. You will gain knowledge and skills you can use immediately and to help you become more effective handling HR issues and reduce your company’s risk of potential high-cost litigation. To recieve certificate, student must take an exam and score 70 or above.
